It was a great dinner, and we had great service I would totally recommend anyone to go. I hope that each year that Cordo Restaurant will choose to do the Christmas Dinner as I am sure that each year it will grow as word gets around how wonderful it was.

Enjoyed a delicious dinner tonight for my mother’s Birthday. Welcomed with a smile and our table was ready upon our arrival. We enjoyed a signature cocktail Cranberry Amaro Mule and a Fermented Finger. Started with the Bacon jam Brie share plate so tasty and the perfect size for two. Our trout entree presentation was beautiful with a amazing melted in our mouth flavour. Compliments of Cordo the birthday girl enjoyed a dessert to finish the night off! Our first time there, was really nice inside. Could be darker/dimmer for better ambiance. I can't recall if I heard any music. Happy hour should go until 6 :) it would draw in more people... most people work until 5. People that aren't working at 2 can't afford to eat and drink in a nice restaurant anyway. In town for a tournament. Professional and friendly service, but the food selection, presentation, and taste was more akin to bar food than anything else. Katlynn Jorgenson just finished having supper @CORDORESTOBAR. It was unbelievable. Started with the squid. Realy good flavours nice bite to it. Next was the braised ribs fall off the bone mushroom risoto was cooked perfectly even the asparagus was well flavored paired with the corn on the cob. I also orderd the gnocci. It is amazing the difrence fresh gnocci makes and the sauce was amazing you can realy taste the fire rosted tomatos in the sauce. I was full at that point took most of the gnocci home and im not one to take leftovers home but i know ill dive back into it later tonight. Next was this cheese cake. Im not a cheese cake fan to say the least but my god. This peach crumble cheese cake was amassing. I dont know what to say it was beyond words.
