I've been a member at Conker on and off for a few years now and the team of trainers is the best ever!
From Karen at the 6:30am Boot Camp Class who is always encouraging you to to challenge yourself and keeps workouts new and fresh. To Tyler with the new 5:30 am 30min. HIIT class that puts a whole new meaning to a 30min work out! To Alicia posting great recipes to encourage healthy lifestyle for the whole family. Their 28 day fitness challenge is consistently transforming new members into a healthy lifestyle that they can maintain. The trainers work as a team to create Boot Camp classes that are ever changing so you never get bored.
We are constantly inspired by all the trainers as we see them attain their fitness goals while constantly encouraging us to reach ours.

The morning semi-private sessions are great. Personal attention with a positive group atmosphere. Coach Leanne is very knowledgable and she knows how to push to get the best out of every work out.

I can’t speak highly enough about Conker Fitness! As a retired professional footballer who moved to Canada I found myself in a different routine. Without training every day I started to gain weight and become stiff and sore.
I came across Conker Fitness after hearing about the excellent work they do with professional athletes.
I started to work on basic movements to to help with my lack of flexibility. This allowed me to start progressing without pain. Conker Fitness showed an amazing amount of knowledge and patience when helping me.
I am now feeling stronger and fitter without feeling any pain. I am almost back to my playing weight and feel better than ever.
