How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
S.M.A.R.T. Planning. An approach that follows a Specific plan, with Measurable results, Achievable goals that are Realistic and are Time bound. Fitness is a process that requires Commitment, Effort, effective Coaching, Persistence and Patience. I teach and help clients to stay motivated and on track toward their goals.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Dream of the best body you can have for you and work towards it....there isn't a shortcut.
What do you love most about your job?
I have taught literally thousands of training sessions and classes and seeing someone succeeding and enjoying the process, stokes my desire to continue doing what I enjoy.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to create an environment that provides clients with the ideal setting to achieve their success. Sometimes I am Training online, sometimes on the road and sometimes in my studio. Whichever is a best fit for a given client.
