My condo looks spectacular! Dee really knows how colour works!  I was so impressed with the time Dee took to understand the interior style I had in mind, and what I ultimately wanted my place to look like.   He was so enthusiastic about even looking at ideas/pictures I had found on the internet.  Dee is an expert in choosing the best colors & finishes to make your home look its best.  He uses quality paints, that will keep your walls looking amazing for years to come.  Cameron (painter) was professional and detailed.  I had a wall in need of a lot repair, and he totally made it look brand  new.  Cameron was always on time, friendly, neat, and tidy.  He made it so easy for me to still live in my condo for the week he was painting.  It was such a pleasure to work with these 2 very professional, and skilled gentlemen.  I thank you both for the amazing work! Mr Potter and his crew at Colour Works painted my very large house in its entirety from top to bottom. Walls, trim, ceilings and crown moldings all in various colours, it was a huge job with a very short period of time, we are selling and it need to be completed on time. His crew are some of the most talented painters I have ever seen in my life. They were extremely professional, very polite and courteous and the quality of the finished product was absolutely outstanding. We have worked with ColourWorks a couple of times in the past, so when it came time to paint almost our entire newly purchased home, I naturally thought of them again. It was a big job, and the budget was becoming a concern. Dee was great about helping us figure out what we could and could not live without. Denis and his crew had the house to themselves the first week as we had not moved in, but were still working when we moved. They were polite and courteous and made every effort to minimize disruption as much as possible. They are excellent painters, with perfect clean edges everywhere. We have used ColourWorks in the past, so when we purchased a home, we called them to paint it. It was a large project and the budget was becoming a concern. Dee was great about working with us to determine what we could and couldn’t live without and how best to manage the cost. helped me out of ‘a jam’ due to a plumbing leak. They provided fast and efficient services while repairing dry wall, touching up paint and caulking 2 bathrooms.

I couldn't risk an amateur-looking result so I turned again to Colourworks because they have always delivered AMAZING service and GREAT results with every project I've undertaken with them. They're totals pros. I didn't expect to have the table in time for Christmas because I called them in December - a heavy, deadline-driven time of year in their profession. Colour Works Painting was recommended by my daughter and her future father-in-law. However, I also, researched the company and checked out customer reviews through HomeStars and as a result felt very confident of my choice. I really appreciated the level of detail that is provided in their quotes which also added to my confidence in selecting this company. I was not disappointed. I couldn't ask for a better experience!

I was looking to get my entire condo painted, and I contacted ColourWorks as a result of the reviews here on Houzz. , and I am so glad that I did. Within less than 24 hours of sending an email to DEE I had a consultation booked that same week. I appreciated the time DEE took in understanding what I wanted, explaining to me the process, and going over the colours I picked.

Cameron and his team were excellent. Super professional, efficient, great attention to detail, organized and NEAT. They showed up at the agreed to time and asked questions when needed (which were not many to begin with - which speaks to previous point above). The overall job took less than 2 days to complete and within the agreed to budget.

I will definitely be using ColourWorks again in the future and be providing their name to anyone who is looking to get painting done. More...

When I decided to list my condo, I needed to get quality paint work and some smaller maintenance stuff done. I had no idea what I was doing and didn't have much experience with contractors. I popped into the Benjamin Moore store up the street, asked for a referral, and they gave me Dee's number. When I called Dee, I heard back within the hour, and he had my project scheduled before the end of the week, despite the fact that his team was already jam packed with jobs. He also sent me one of his best guys - Cam - who was just an amazing solutions guru, hard worker, and great guy. The quality of work is impeccable, and the service (and kindness) is remarkable.

My go-to for all future painting and renos for sure.

I contacted Dee to paint a portion of our exterior that is just below our roof. It's a very difficult point in the exterior to access and Dee was quick to provide a thorough quote and even highlighted the potential need for a lift if the ladder was not accessible to the area. Once the project was confirmed Dee scheduled us in the next week (weather permitting). The painters arrived on time and were polite and professional. Denis was the manager on site and he did a great job! The final product looks fantastic and they even cleaned up the debris that fell onto our lawn. My wife and I recently hired ColourWorks Painting to repaint our house before we moved in. Dee Potter was easy to deal with from the beginning, having spent a good half hour on the phone just explaining their process and answering my many questions. Dee then came over and did a full assessment of the home for a quote. Most impressive was his honesty - we toyed with doing the trims around the house (beyond the walls), but he just told us that was unnecessary and wouldn't improve the look significantly, despite it creating much more billable work.We did find some imperfections in the work afterward, as would be expected in a job of this size, but Cameron, the lead painter on the project, came back multiple times to correct everything and ensure we were happy at no extra cost. He also was happy to do additional stuff that was not necessarily within the scope of the original job (like caulked some gaps in our shower and replaced light switch plates for us) at a cost of time and materials. They really just want you to be happy at the end of the day.We're doing a small job in our condo for sale and using ColourWorks too. Dee Potter spent a great deal of time consulting and advising on color combinations for our downtown Toronto condo, in addition there was significant water damage on the windows as well a a fair bit of plastering to be done. Not only is Dee a master with respect to color and design, but he also works with the best of the best with respect to Dale, the painter assigned to the project. Dale works with a tremendous attention to detail and takes the utmost pride in his work, his trimming and finishing performed with a laser like precision. In February 2017, my husband and I contacted ColourWorks to paint the main living space of our home including the living room, kitchen and all hallways. After a pleasant meeting with Dee to discuss work to be completed, Cameron was assigned as project manager for the week long project, with Chad accompanying him for the first two days of work. I can't say enough about Dee and his team (Cameron and Chad). Right from the initial intact, I knew that their knowledge and experience was what I was looking for. Once Dee had done his overview of the project (making several cost-cutting suggestions I must add!), the team (Cameron and Chad) arrived promptly every day and put in a full day's work each time. When we finally decided it was time to get some colour on the walls, we got a recommendation from a family member. Dee and his team did not disappoint.
