Very easy booking, prices are competitive, our cleaner (Abbey) does a fine job. For the same money we paid cash to a private cleaner we now deal with a company, the cleaners are screened and have insurance, we get a proper receipt and have no head aches. Highly recommend!

Cleany's website design and booking process is A+. They take the guesswork and constant phone calls out of getting a quote for your cleaning service. This appeals greatly to those who simply want their home cleaned, and don't want to have to break their backs to pay someone else to do it; we are hiring cleaners to avoid work, and Cleany's site takes the greatest barrier out of the equation.

Their customer service is excellent. I had small issues with my first cleaning, which was resolved within minutes of my inquiry to customer service (the most glaring issue turned out to be my own fault anyways).

While they may have not met my expectations for my first (380$) deep cleaning, this is also probably due to my own incredibly high standards. These standards were met after a subsequent re-clean at no charge.

I plan on booking Cleany on a regular basis, and if they continue to meet my expectations I will adjust the review to reflect the improvement in their already-excellent service. More...
