We highly recommend CertaPro as we are very happy with the job they did for us in the spring of 2022. They painted the entire exterior of our home as well as the back deck and went above and beyond by removing old awnings and working with us to make decisions as the job was unfolding. They also painted our entire interior as well. Dave come to do the estimate himself and made a very good first impression. Our job was able to be scheduled ahead of the original time frame we were given and they provided us lots of notice to be able to make arrangements on our end to be ready on time. Our contact person was David Skinner from the CertoPro Painters Co. My wife and I were quite impressed by his professional conduct and how well he knew his job. The time-line he gave us for the start and completion of the project was 100% correct. Our job was a major project involving re-painting of the entire house (including walls, ceilings, doors, baseboards and the garage). The price he quoted was comparable to quotes we had received from other painting companies but he was able to accommodate our requests and appreciate the urgency of our business. Dave is a highly professional individual who provides excellent customer service. He provided us with a detailed quote and was flexible with what work needed to be done. Because our job was a bit complex, Dave visited our home on a few occasions to check on the progress of the work. He made helpful suggestions to ensure the job was done to a high standard. The painting team did a very good job and cleaned up after themselves. At the end of each day, we were given an overview of what work was completed and what still needed to be done. I had heard the reviews on the radio for years. I was in need of renovations and painting and knew I wasn't prepared to do it myself. I reached out to Dave and his team. Dave arrived at the scheduled appointment time. He was honest and forthcoming on some of the recommendations and requests. He clearly knows his business. Dave advised he would forward a quote. The quote arrived on the day that Dave had promised. The quote was totally transparent and detailed down to the fact that we had a friendly dog. When the team arrived they were respectful of our space and family life. They discussed everything they were doing the day before they did it to enable us to make whatever arrangements we needed to do. Dave's team worked hard to deliver the results we expected and went above and beyond to complete any repairs that weren't originally quoted. As they started the work we decided to add an additional room. They couldn't have been more helpful. Dave and his team were fantastic from start to finish. Wendy was amazing helping us finalize our colours, Jeremy and his team did a terrific job with the prep and painting. Always communicating with us and making sure we were pleased with the results on a daily basis. Very nice to have trustworthy people who really seemed to care and take pride in their craft. We recently contracted CertaPro Painters to paint/stain the exterior of our main clubhouse. Dave showed up for a site visit, gave us a written estimate and scheduled the date that he would be able to complete this job. His employees showed up on time on the scheduled days and left the building clean and tidy every evening before they went home. They did a great job and there was no surprise additional costs to the original estimate.
