I participate in the fitness kick boxing classes at Castlegar Martial Arts. The classes are always a great work out, they are fun and held in a very friendly environment. The instructors are very welcoming, they strive to help you push past your perosnal fitness boundaries and have extensive knowledge when it comes to martial arts/ kickboxing. They teach the kids discipline and structure in a way that the kids have a blast doing it. The location is convenient and the room is so bright and cheerful.
