I just had an amazing massage by May Loo at Cardio go on king st!
I could not be happier with my experience at Cardio-go. I have been a member for shortly over a year now, and I have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend the studio and the classes taught there. Make sure to take one of Tony's classes (they are all amazing, regardless of which one you take), and one of Chuck's spin classes. You will not regret it! More...
Desk Staff are great. Chuck's spin is awesome. Hes very funny and distracts you from all the hard work he makes you do
A really cool place. Good location and friendly staff. The number of devices was sufficient. I completed all my exercise plan.
Cardio-go is a nice little studio with good facilities and friendly helpful stuff.I have been attending their aerial yoga classes. The studio offers a good variety of aerial yoga. Saturday morning they have core fit aerial wit OJ who is a fantastic instructor. This class fills up quickly and have to sign up well in advance. On Saturday afternoon they offer another aerial class that I particularly like, with Charlotte. This class is a true silk aerial ( even though we do it in slings). It’s a fun and challenging class that is appropriate for all levels. Charlotte is great, her instructions are clear and easy to follow, and she comes over to help is want to try a new pose if you don’t feel comfortable to try on your own. I also like their Sunday class with Niya, as it offers a different challenge and helps me practice my balance. More...
Decked out with quality machines, challenging classes and mostly great staff!
Solid group of people here. Not lots of equipment or space but their other location nearby makes up for it.
The gym is highly equipped and the services are impressive.
Great Gym! Not the largest gym around but cozy and quite a good sense of community because of it!
Little gym but has all you need
This is a really great gym, everyone is very friendly and the personal training and spin classes here were really motivating for me.
Great location with awesome professionals - from the front to the studios.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff makes all the difference and sets this place apart!

Friendly FOH staff and Lester is a fantastic physio. He has magic hands! I always feel comfortable and at ease during our (sometimes very painful) physio sessions, and leave feeling like we are making excellent progress with my ongoing injury. Thanks, CardioGo!
Cardio Go at Simcoe is a great place for workout! I joint about three years ago and I enjoy spending time there. Staff are very friendly and welcoming, especially Nathan and Emily helped me doing all the paper works and membership/personal training setup with no issues. This location is small however traffic not as high as others locations/gyms so I always can take up the whole place (I usually go during lunch time or after work, lunch time is higher traffic but manageable and I’m always alone there after 5:30pm). This location also very clean and tidy including their change room.
Started April this year I also hired Mark Docil as my first ever personal trainer. So far we had about 20 sessions and he is amazing! I started with him at 225lbs and weighted 205lbs at 3 months mark, without any crazy diet. Mark consistently checks up on me making sure I don’t get injured during workout and pushes me to the right limit (which i found this is the most important why hiring personal trainer - well, especially an old man like me). He focuses on me during session and never check messages on his phone. I also found most of the trainers and instructors in Cardio Go never do.
Overall my experience with the personal trainer, staff in Cardio Go including the facility are positive - highly recommend to folks who works near Simcoe place. More...
Love the location! Which makes it easy to be in an out during my lunch break, the staff is pleasant and so helpful, I'm happy to have found a gym that caters to my needs. 5 stars! ;)
Great location. Friendly amazing staff. Has an old school feel to it, equipment is used but works well. This is a great place to go if you want to actually train.Lots of light with exposed beams in the ceiling and brick walls. More...
My gym of choice, conveniently located in several key sites downtown Toronto. Great facilities and equipment, clean, very helpful and friendly staff who really make the difference. Lockers, showers, saunas and studio. Towel service, massage, chiropractor, nutrition, personal training all available. Spinning, dance, bootcamp classes all offered. More...
Quite a place!First of all - location location location! Downtown core, very convenient for people working in the nearest offices. Then - quite stylish design inside! They have everything one might need for a good workout. Some cardio machines, free weights, various machines for different muscle groups (all working!). They also have a room for classes. What they don't have is a proper stratching area. They have some empty corners where people can grab a mat and stretch, but no designated area. How busy it is.. Went there Saturday early morning, 9 am when they just opened. Was quite ok, but by 10 am it got busy. Like really busy. And this is a small gym, so you don't need great number of people to make it busy. Mostly people are working out with personal trainers, but there are also people working out on their own.Changing rooms are quite clean, there is enough of lockers, 4 separate rooms with shower/toiler. Towels available only for members. Oh! And they always have some kind of promotions to join! Overall - very reasonable, clean, sufficient gym to get proper workout! More...
Nice boutique gym, locations are situated in the financial district of Toronto.Gym and classes are small.Personal trainers focus on more than power but the foundation.
I first came across this gym through their Groupon deal and honestly I'm glad I did. I've tried several other gyms prior to finding this place but this gym works best for me. The only thing that sucks is that this gym is too pricey for what it offers. Realistically even Good life is cheap compared to this gym as they're not 24 hours and doesn't have much amenities. However, I really enjoy their classes and they offer later classes that works better with my work schedule. Also all the members are very to them selves unlike other gyms which is more like a meat market. Most of the staffs are very friendly and I like the environment. They also offer specialized class like aerial yoga which I love and not too many gym offers this.I've noticed a lot of negative reviews regarding the membership fees. It was never a problem for me as I made sure to understand the terms and conditions prior to signing it. I would recommend you to thoroughly ask them questions and really understand what you're signing up for prior to committing. The only thing though is that they are a bit intimidating and do push any Grouponers to commit...but it makes sense after all they are a business. But just watch out for that if you're unsure and be adamant about not joining or needing more time to decide. More...
I've been a member of Cardio go for approximately three years, and during those years I have gone to different gyms either because I travelled somewhere else (I was able to freeze payments on my account until I came back home, which was great) or someone invited me with a pass to a different facility and I wanted to check it out.Cardio-Go stands out among a lot of gyms today as they continue to adopt the 'health club' paradigm. There is more than enough at this location to satisfy those looking to promote health & wellness with a ton of classes (admittedly, I have never done any - but my mother loves them), personal trainers, and your standard gamut of machines.Quality aside, those features are essentially required if you're running a gym facility or fitness club in 2018. With the new wave of health & fitness clubs appearing on nearly every block in Toronto these days, I've noticed a lot are lacking in the sufficient space and hardware that athletes and advanced weightlifters generally require. Cardio-Go kills the competition in this regards. They have twice as many barbells as any gym I have been to (power, olympic, deadlift, hex), dumbbells from 5lbs to a number that escapes me because I probably can't lift it up, and a healthy amount of cable stacks, dip/pullup stations. The gym is incredibly consistent. I know that I'm not going to make any modifications to my workout because everything I expect to be there, is there. There is always space. Should something go wrong, in my experience it is resolved almost immediately. There are also massage therapy, physiotherapy, nutritional coaching, etc. More...
The yoga classes are really good. This is a small gym with friendly staff and great classes.
Small but nice place for workout at lunch time
I attend yoga classes here and it's always been a very positive experience. Aerial yoga is definitely preferred here because the floors are not always very clean for more grounded work. The gym/weight room has been sufficient for what I tend to need so long as I go relatively late in the evenings. More...
Muay Thai at Cardio Go on Friday and Monday. The training base for Tiger Gym and Ed Advincula, one of 3 founding muay thai trainers that brought this no nonsense fight style to Toronto.
Great club. Love the classes. Just dislike that you have to reserve your spot in the classes so much more in advance in order to get in.
Great staff and trainers
Christina Friend is a great personal trainer - kind, helpful and amazing results!
I've always enjoyed their aerial yoga classes. Wish they were more strict with the training levels. Not fair for intermediate classes to be held back by beginners- instructors had to stop everytime a newbie was about to fall on their face. beginners take beginner classes please!! More...
I have been a member at Cardio Go for almost a year now and I'm so happy there. I mostly go to the King West location (but there are two other locations as well). The equipment is awesome, the atmosphere is powerful, the staff is helpful and kind and they always have personal trainers on shift if you want one ~ also has a sauna in the change-room and who doesn't love that. If you're thinking about joining a gym downtown, I would highly recommend Cardio Go. More...
These people deserve a 5 start review! I just can't say enough how great the classes and instructors are! Also, super affordable compare to other DT gyms.
I did the Pilates class with Tyler. I've been doing Pilates for 8 years, and this was a whole a different experience for me. The class was more like a Power Pilates, the instructor was careful to look after everyone in the class, and it definitely killed me after. I totally recommend it!! More...

Great gym! Staff is always helpful and equipment is always available.
Great Pilates class!
Great gym! Friendly, knowledgable staff and exceptional facilities, located right in the heart of the entertainment district.
Nice and clean. Like the classes
Great gym. Full of character
Found this place through Groupon and had Zumba class here. The staffs are mostly helpful but the room is not the best for group dancing space.
Amazing gym! Highly recommended!
Great Zumba class!! :D
Found this gym through Groupon. Went for an aerial yoga class, the instructor was really great and helped us along slowly to make sure everyone had a good intro experience.
Great place for physio therapy. They're ready and willing to try a lot of different approaches, mixing massage, chiropractic and acupuncture.
I've been going to Cardio-Go for several years. Their trainers are great and they gym itself is a great boutique alternative to Goodlife.
Very open and caring customer service
First of all let me start by that, that I love the 30 minutes classes as it gives you the chance to exercise during lunch time. Perfect for busy professional mom :) and it has a shower to get quick rinse after. The change room could be a little bigger but oh well. The location is very good, located right on the St. Andrew's Subway line. Yes its small, But that is what I love about it. The class size is maximum 8 people, sometimes you have class just with one other person. The teachers are great and would correct you iof you doing something incorrectly. Ronny is awesome, and would even approach you when you not in his class but doing something independently and will tell you how to do it right. They also would send you a diet plan that you may follow if you wish. So if you into small classes, quick exercise during lunch or before or after work, its the place for you. Other than that, they have free wights, treadmills, steps, bikes, mats, and one weird intimidating machine. More...
