Coming from NY, I always compare restaurants across the globe to how I feel at a Michelin star restaurant. This place gave me the same feeling of eating that dish that changes three times on your palette. The feeling of euphoric food enjoyment tasting each of the distinct flavors the chef intended you to taste while preparing the combination. We had an amazing experience at the Barefoot Bistro on November 7, 2019 for my husband’s birthday. The food was delectable and the service of the highest standard - we truly had a fabulous time. Our server Ally was attentive and professional. We had the Nitro ice cream, prepared by Max - and it was delicious! Very cool experience to have this made table-side!After supper, Paul, took us for a tour of the huge wine cellar! Paul’s knowledge and understanding of the 20,000+ wines in the cellar is astounding! The best oyster in Whistler! Come to the happy hour 5-7pm. 12 pieces for just $16CAD, whereas the other competitor restaurant is sneaky $18 for only 10 pieces. My pina colada virgin was excellent! 我們住費爾蒙旅館，但是步行來這裡用晚餐 ，這裡有兩個招牌菜，一個是生蠔前菜， 非常的大氣， 另外一個是， 伏特加酒試飲 ，這是一個很特殊的裝置，需要另外付費，也就是說他開闢了一個零下 20-30度的 冰凍房間，並且提供保暖衣， 讓你進入 一個冰天雪地的環境裡面， 打開 已經事先配置好的酒櫥，裡面有各式各樣的伏特加酒任你品嚐， 一個人收費62到72加幣， 照片裡面穿白色防寒衣 的 部分， 就是代表他們 正在參加這個活動！

I recently organized a work event at Bearfoot Bistro and we all had a great time. All of our guests enjoyed the food. Even with our group of over 100 people, there wasn’t a dish that was over cooked, or under cooked or not good in anyway. All the dishes were delicious, the service was excellent, and the ice cream that was made in front of us in the end was a great end. Everyone had nothing but good things to say. Wonderful oysters ( go during a happy hour and get a good deal) and everything they make is exquisite. The steaks are perfect, and the fish is never overcooked. We come here every time we go to Whistler - but don't forget to make reservations ahead of time- this is not a " hidden" gem. You might also like the ice cold Vodka experience- we haven't done that yet- but our friends who we were staying with had a party there- and said it was fantastic. Everything was top notch, I ordered from Melissa's summer menu and superb. My waiter was excellent and well versed, all the staff were great and greeted me warmly. I arrived early and sat on the patio for a pork belly appie and a refreshing non-alcoholic drink. Now "bear" with me my only concern if you will the beautiful interior does not transcend to the patio, I found for an upscale establishment the patio was lacking personal touches and the wow factor for such an upscale restaurant. I sat at a black basic wired table and got to listen to a broken exit door for the staff coming in and out ( the door stopper was broken). $$$$ highly recommend. More...

We came for evening cocktails at the bar and had a great time. Fantastic drink menu with lots of unique options. Fun to watch drinks made with liquid nitrogen.
