Madison and Amy are co-founders of BEAM Fitness, established in 2016.
Between them they have over 10 years in the fitness industry, 4 degrees and dozens of certifications.

Accountability is the number one thing we lack when we seek out a program on our own. With our monthly coaching, have access to customized help without the expensive fees of in-gym trainers. We're with you every step of the way!
