I always ask what their goals are and what impact they’re hoping to make.
Describe your creative process.
The first step in the I AM process is an in-depth, one-on-one call where we ask a series of fun and quirky questions about where your passion comes from, why you're building your business, and what makes you uniquely different in every possible way. We are extremely high touch and prefer co-creation and collaboration over questionnaires and endless revisions. Our team is knowledgeable, cares A LOT, and are only happy when you're happy. Our creative director and founder, Ash Ahern, is our anchor. She leads with a background in sales and marketing, and won't let anything out the "door" unless it satisfies her intensely high standards.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We try not to pressure or delay projects by creating too much pre-work. Let us guide you and extract what's already in your head onto our artboards!
What do you love most about your job?
The Ash Ahern team is one full of fun, personality and individual geniuses that make up a whole lot of awesome. You have the vision, we have the tools, and it brings us ultimate joy and satisfaction to bring that to life, one client at a time.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to stay home with my 3 children while continuing to challenge myself and grow as a designer.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care deeply about the success of my clients. I only desire to create graphics and digital assets that help my clients sell more of their product or service!
