Since joining Ariana's Saturday classes for the last 6 months I have greatly increased my speed during my half marathons. I can now run under 2hrs with ease!!!! The exercises , squats etc that Ariana teaches us is amazing and has greatly improved my over all health and speed. Kudos to you Ariana and your awesome fun Saturday classes! After many years spent going to the gym and not really knowing what I was doing, I finally met Ariana! Before I met her, I was spending a fair amount of time exercising but my body was not really changing. I often felt insecure being in a place with so many seriously fit bodies and had no idea how to get there myself. I would go to the gym and only use resistance machines because I felt nervous about picking up weights, or a dumbbell, simply because I wasn’t confident in what I was doing. It was exactly a year ago that I met Ariana. With all the technique, tips and tricks she has taught me, I feel fully confident walking into any gym and picking up free weights, barbells and kettlebells. I have noticed very efficient progress working with her. I have lost inches of fat, gained muscle, and breathe easier. I now feel fully confident walking into any gym and never feel hesitant workin’ up a sweat with the ‘Big Boys’ hehe!
I am ever grateful for all that she has taught me and am very excited to keep up all the hard work. Thank you Ariana for helping me to pave this path of health and wellness!

Not exaggerating when I say she’s changed my life! I’ve been working with Ariana for just over two years now, first one-on-one and now in her small group training and it’s been one of the best decisions ever. I was SUPER nervous to start working out and had no experience beyond one sad 5k run clinic, but she is really approachable and helps make everything seem achievable and manages to push you without ever being pushy. Ariana is awesome at combining training and nutrition and wellness but tailored to your goals. She coached me through a half marathon and taught me I can do planks - believe when I say I’ve spent all my life believing both were impossible.

Her group training I HIGHLY recommend, especially if you’re just getting started with exercise - it’s not intimidating at all, it’s honestly so fun and you still get personal attention. She has different levels/options for everything we do depending on where you’re at, if you’re injured, etc so you don’t have to worry that you do your push ups from your knees or need to start with 5-lb weights.

Work one-on-one with a coach for a completely customized plan that will make your fitness and wellness goals your reality. You'll have access to your coach in between sessions for increased accountability, and she'll ensure you're set up with workouts and lots of healthy habits to work on outside the gym.

Train with a group of inspiring and encouraging women to bring an extra element of fun into your quest to reach your fitness goals. Each group is limited to 6 participants, ensuring you always get some one-on-one attention from your coach.

If you don't live in Vancouver, if you have an unpredictable schedule, or if you want to train on your terms, Online Personal Training is our answer for you. Your program will be delivered through an app and will contain detailed instructions and video demonstrations. The in-app messaging system keeps you in close contact with your coach, and you'll receive a comprehensive nutrition guide and weekly mindset homework as well.
