Any bride in need of a fairy godmother must go to Ana Koi! This boutique has unique collections and designs not found anywhere else in the GTA. Nasiba was so patient with me. I initially had a particular dress style in mind. Nasiba pulled a few dresses in that style for me to try on, as well as other styles I would have never picked out myself. I am so grateful for Nasiba’s expertise, as the dress style that I initially had my heart set on did not suit my body type at all. I tried on one of the dresses she had suggested...and my search was over. It fit me like a glove, and elicited all the feels you are supposed to experience when you’ve found “the dress”. Coming back for my fittings, I received excellent customer service from Katerina. She was so attentive and kind. You can tell that she really cares about what she does, and cares about making the bride-to-be feel special. She even offered to steam my dress before the special day! So glad I have found my dream dress. It was exactly the style I wanted which other places did not have. Ana Koi was only the second store I visited but I decided to go with a dress I found here which was out of my budget but worth it. The dresses they have here are not plain and have a modern feel to it. Nasiba was very helpful and was not pushy. I had a very specific designer and style in mind for my dress! Yvonna and the Ana Koi team were so patient, helpful and honest about ordering in a dress from Europe that just for me. Ana Koi has a very unique style of wedding gowns! It was perfect for my taste as I’m all for uniqueness. Most other bridal stores I’ve been too have the same type of white gowns that you see everyone wearing and nothing really special. Only downside is customer service should improve. It is really difficult getting a quick response from the people working there. I would wait several days for a reply or would have to double text or call if I don’t hear back. It can get very frustrating especially for brides who are already going Bridezilla during all the wedding preparations!! More...

I had a wonderful experience when I went bridal dress shopping yesterday. My stylist was very sweet and patient with me; I tried on my top 2 favourite dresses twice and she gave me ample time to discuss it with my fiancee and best friends. I was there definitely for more than an hour and she was amazing from beginning to end. She was not pressuring me to buy anything right away either; her top priority was to make sure I loved it and provided me with insightful input. Ana Koi was my first bridal dress shopping experience. I wasn't there for purchase, strictly just to get an idea of what style dresses I will want for my wedding day. I was given great service and advice on what styles looked good on me and which weren't for me. The saleswoman would even suggest different dresses for me to try and was really enjoying the process alongside me. I never felt pressured or ignored as I did state that my visit was just for trial. Ana Koi was amazing. Not only did the owner open up on a Monday for me (my mum was only in Canada until that afternoon and we found Ana Koi last minute), but she was amazingly helpful. I was looking everywhere for dresses with sleeves, and at most stores they only have 1. This store had a huge range of full, 3/4, cap and strapped dresses, all were beautiful but not ridiculously priced. Plus 40% off for purchasing at my first appointment.
