I highly recommend Align Massage Therapy! I've been in a few times to see Aaron at the Barrhaven location. He is pleasant, on time, and very professional! I always opt for the deep tissue back massage and Aaron is good at finding and relaxing any trigger points I may have. He doesn't talk during the massage, except to ask if the pressure is good.  I have been to many clinics where the RMT talks my ear off and I get no relaxation whatsoever, I'm sorry, but I am not in a salon getting my hair cut, I am getting a a massage and trying to take my mind off of things...Please be quiet!Align Massage Therapy have many locations throughout the city. I've been going to see Diana at the Cooper location since November 2018. She is amazing. Even with the deep tissue work, it's not very painful. I'm sore after for sure. Have been going here for almost 2 years for post-surgery rehab and treatment for chronic pain. Originally went with them because of on-line booking (which is awesome and easy to use). Was great before, but recently got much better after the location was taken over by 2 of the massage therapists. Atmosphere is calm and relaxing. Service is 5 stars. Miriam and the team know what they are doing and I highly recommend them. Patient, always listening and very considerate. Reception is also warm and friendly. Read a previous review on here that gave a 1 star for a single experience. Rubbish. In 2 year's have never experienced anything similar. Check them out!! More...
