The last 30 years I hated fitness training because of a bad experience. I thought lifting weight was boring and painful. But after starting a personal training program with Eduardo Oliveira, he changed me. He is able to design so many different activities during the training session. That really helps to make fitness training interested and fun. I have stayed with the program over 1 year and added on over 25 lbs of muscle. That is really helping me with my works and sports. By my mid-50s I had spent most of my adult life struggling with my body image. I saw others with the body I couldn't seem to find the motivation or know-how to achieve. Then in mid-2016 I met Adam at Ad Iron Fitness and within a year I had a body I wasn't ashamed of and had no fear of being shirtless on a beach. With proper nutrition and exercise advice and an emphasis on correct exercise form, I have continued to keep my body fat weight off while building muscle and continuing to improve my physique. I’ve been a long time client of Ad Iron and have worked with both Adam and Eduardo. The personalized workout plans Adam has created for me have allowed me to work towards my fitness goals. Their fitness knowledge and dedication to their clients is outstanding. I wouldn’t feel nearly as confident in my fitness abilities without both of them. Their HIIT and strength group classes are phenomenal and I look forward to taking them weekly. I always feel accomplished and that I’ve had a great full body workout by the end of every class. I have known Adam for over a year and never stop being impressed with his level of commitment to his clients. I have worked with several personal trainers over the years, and no one comes close to Ad Iron Fitness.  Adam keeps things fun and engaging while also keeping you on track and working harder than you thought possible. Just did an Ad Iron Fitness  HITT workout with Adam and it was amazing! Ad gives great pointers throughout the workout and keeps things really fun.  Even though it was a group class it felt like a personal training session because Adam is so attentive.
