I am so happy for the service I received from AAA Miracle. I booked an appointment with them for 6pm that most of other companies are closed at that time. Sam showed up on time and cleaned all ducts and vents. He also cleaned the Furnace and changed the filter. He showed me how to do regular maintenance on furnace. He also cleaned the dryer. Outstanding service. Not only do our white carpets now look brand new, but the employee Sam went above and beyond. When he arrived, we were running way behind on our move and he insisted on helping us out. He carried boxes and furniture down to the truck (even when our elevator broke!). Dave looked at it and determined that it did not need replacement.. I have been using for 2 years now and no problems. When I first bought the carpet, it was cream color. Now, Carpet was tar black color when the guy came to clean. I wasn't expecting much. I was waiting to hear, change your carpet. But, this guy Sam sprayed on carpet 2 times and some spots 3 times. After he vacuumed it. I was stunned with the amount of cleaning the carpet got. Great cleaning service!I called needing some carpet cleaning for Saturday but they were totally booked, the guy that answered was really nice, told me he would call his boss to see what they could do and got them to come over that same day, amazing costumer service. They don't complain about moving furniture or doing a little extra, like carpet mats, without extra charges. I had them in again for a second job.
