Hi there! My name is Joel and I am the Lead Consultant for my practice. Nice to virtually meet you! Our financial planning process is very simple. We will spend the first meeting getting to know one another. I will ask you some questions around your financial situation, but also your goals and more importantly your concerns. I will ask a lot of questions not just about income and investments, but all aspects of your life to make sure I get the best picture possible. I will also tell you about myself, my practice and how I may be able to help. We are both using this as an opportunity to decide if we are compatible and trust each other enough to work together. Trust in a financial planning relationship is key! If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we will meet again a second time. In this meeting I will review our first conversation/information and show you my recommendations to improve it. These recommendations focus solely on meeting the goals and concerns we identified in meeting 1. I will ask you what you think and if you like the plan, we can move forward. If you do not, we can part ways with no cost of anything more than 1-2 hours of time invested (see what I did there?) If we decide to work together, we will work out a service schedule for your plan. My practice standard is 1x/year for an annual review with a check in here or there to make sure nothing has changed. We can alter this schedule as needed for your situation, but we do need to speak semi-regularly to ensure we are planning correctly. I have a wonderful assistant named Jennifer who will help you with paperwork, statements, client events/appreciation and just about anything else you need her to do. You can also expect an answer to all phone calls and emails from you within 24 business hours in between our scheduled check in's. Client experience is very important to us and that includes prompt service. We have a wonderful online platform where you can see your entire financial plan and actually have access to some of our planning software. What do you love most about your job?

The impact that a proper plan can have on the individual client, and the generations to come after them. Even slight adjustments can make major impacts to individual families financial situations

What inspired you to start your own business?

A desire to do better for my clients, which you can only do on your own terms. People work too hard, and too long to be receiving sub par financial advice. I was working to hard, to long for people who did not care about that. Opening my own practice has changed all of that

Why should our clients choose you?

Results. I have a proven track record of helping people retire earlier and pass more to the next generation. Simple as that.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes. Over half my clients I fully service remotely. Some prefer only over the phone, some online, and others a mix. I prefer remote simply because of the efficiency. Always good to see people in person and if they want to I will make an effort to meet every client in person

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

During the peak of Covid I certainly had to get creative to safely service my clients but since 2022 it is case by case. I always respect client preferences for a mask, distance or simply making it a phone or online meeting.
