Most times when i get called out, people are in desperation mode. Their dog bit another dog, or person, They are about to get kicked out of their home due to noise complaints, or they cant walk them as they pull everywhere. I do both. In the first lesson typically i will do zoom as i give all the information and it is much easier with the family being able to relax without the dogs being curious or us chasing the dogs around as they don't see the new guest in the home. But then the rest is done through in person as that's where the problems start!
