How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
In our initial intake we meet and discuss your priorities and what you are looking to achieve. Then I take you through a thorough assessment to pinpoint any opportunities we need to address in the plan. The program will be customized to your needs and would provide a timeline of our progress towards achieving the anticipated results.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Resistance training with a proper diet can make miracles.
However dedication, consistency and commitment are the three main pillars for any progress.
What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people change their life for the better, build stronger bodies and minds, achieve a more balanced lifestyle and above all, have the awareness and knowledge to be independent and carry on with the skills they gained.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Physical activity has shaped me and drastically changed my life on so many levels. I became truly passionate on spreading the word and helping people realize the potential of endorsing an active lifestyle and its overall benefits for their current and future self.
