After coming off my knee surgery (Torn ACL), Cross definitely got me where I needed to be before leaving from my college in the USA to play Baseball.
In a very short time, I saw many new personal bests working out with her. I definitely would NOT work out with anyone else when I come back home.
She was Very Good at showing me all the exercises and is even willing to do them with you to make sure they are done correctly. She is easy to talk to and is understanding of my situation & what I need to achieve.

My time spent working with Cross was excellent! She was very perceptive to me and my abilities and needs. The programs she created for me helped challenge me mentally and physically.

When we worked together she always helped to push me to my limits and was always willing to make adjustments to the program when needed.

I very much enjoyed working with her, she taught me a lot about the fundamentals of working out and really help me to nail down proper form and technique. The time I spent with Cross helped me to establish the knowledge and the motivation to continue my fitness journey on my own!

Without a doubt had it not been for a trainer like Cross I would not have kept up on my training, and ultimately changed my life and overall health. ( There really is something to be said for the saying, “Look Good Feel Good “)

I started Training with Cross back in September 2018, and this was after Decades of being away from any serious exercise...
Her ability to read me as a person and athlete was instrumental in the 2 of us working together, and her creating several different programs ( As I progressed and further needed to be challenged) She made me look forward to each and every session we worked out together, even when I knew she was going to do her best to push me past my limits. She found a drive in me that I did not know I had when it came it came to the gym, but she was also flexible to tweak our days as my days un folded… “ Somedays You Just Need to Slam Things as Hard And As Loud as You Can!!”

Working with Cross was more than I could have expected from a Trainer, she made it personal, and took my progress to heart, and challenged me at every turn. At the same time made being at the gym with her Fun!! I respected her so much that when my son was needing a trainer to work his rehab from Knee surgery and prepare for college baseball in the USA, I did not hesitate to bring him to Cross.

I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone and
everyone, if you are willing to trust her and put
in the effort she will help you achieve your goals
and see amazing results.

When I first started my personal training with
Cross I was at one of the lowest points in my life.
I was in an unhealthy relationship, I was working
night shifts at a high stress job, I had fallen out
of the habit of regular exercise. Mentally and
physically I was exhausted, and to make things
worse I had an ankle injury that limited me. I
lacked the confidence and motivation to work
out, and I had a bad attitude towards everything...

But Cross saw the potential I had forgotten I had.
Patiently she worked with me, slowly working on
strengthening and stabilizing my core and
improving the mobility of my ankle. Then she
started getting me back into a strength training
program. She pushed me and encouraged me and
didn’t let me get beaten by setbacks. Even when
my attitude was terrible her positivity and
passion inspired me, and before I knew it, I was
achieving things I never thought I would, and
more importantly my entire outlook on exercise
and my health had shifted. I was willing to push
myself further, try things even though I knew they
would be challenging, always trusting that I was
safe in her hands.

Cross is extremely knowledgeable; you can have confidence that she will never lead you astray in your programs. I started doing yoga in addition to my strength training, and as an instructor Cross has a sixth
sense for knowing what to focus your practice on.
She is by far the best yoga instructor I have ever
had, and this has helped reduce my stress
immeasurably. Instead of viewing exercise as a
chore I now look forward to working out, and
while she has always been very professional, I can
honestly say I consider Cross a great friend.

I started working out with Cross a year ago, and it has changed my life. I have two kids, a busy career, and I was recovering from a tendon injury in my ankle when I started working with Cross.

I had seen a physiotherapist for two years but was still not feeling strong in my ankle and leg. I also had a reoccurring shoulder issue because I have a desk job that was aggravating it. I knew I had to strengthen all the muscles in my legs, and my overall body to fell strong again. She started out slow with me, and went at my pace.

Cross designed full body work outs with me, we first met twice a week, and then starting working out three times a week. I now work out a least four times a week, doing her booty boot camp group sessions twice a week. The other two days a week I go to Yoga, Tabata, Lift, and power classes. The last time I felt this fit was in my twenties when I competed in marital arts. My legs are stronger, my whole body is stronger, I can make it through a full Tabata class without any pain from my injury. I even have fun lifting weights now! Dead lifts are now my favourite! I have even returned to my yoga practice and can finally enjoy it again. Cross always reminds me how strong I really am, and she pushes me to the next level! She can make a 6am or 6pm workout fun and exciting, and remains enthusiastic the whole time. She is truly motivational. Thank you Cross for helping me reach the next level.

P.S. Also I've lost weight and my clothes fit so much better. I guess that is what being fit means, your nice clothes finally fit!
