I’ve recently booked with them to do a deep clean of my place and I just need to say WOW. My place looks amazing! They are very knowledgeable about what products to use and giving tips on cleaning everyday appliances like the fridge, oven, bathtub and sink. They do a thorough job to make sure everything is to their standards and to ensure that you the client is happy and satisfied with their work. I was honestly worried about how dirty my place is but they reassured me it’s not a problem and that this is what they enjoy doing. What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Residential Cleaning
1. Routine Cleaning($75/2 hrs)
Additional Time: $30/hr
All the basics of home cleaning will be covered dusting, general tidying and along with services such as exterior kitchen appliances and cabinets cleaning.
2. Deep Cleaning$(120/3hours)
Additional Time: $35/hr
It covers areas which aren't traditionally covered by regular; interior kitchen appliances, dusting all corners of the rooms for cobwebs, scale removal for all the bathrooms.
3. Move In/Out Cleaning($220/4hours)
Additional Time: $50/hr
Our move in/out include all of the items in a routine cleaning along with the detailed cleaning of light fixtures, ceiling fans, vents, cleaning of interior cupboards/drawers, the refrigerator, the oven, dusting of the windows
Office Cleaning
AB&B Cleaning Services understands that every business or commercial environment has a unique set of operating conditions. If there are any particularly challenging issues in your workplace, we will devise custom cleaning solutions to tackle them head-on. After our initial meeting we can deliver cleaning scopes and checklists so you know exactly what work will be carried out. Prices as LOW as $150 Custom Cleaning
Construction Clean
Our post construction cleaning is in three phases and are broken down as follows:

Phase 1 - Rough Clean
This phase is generally requested after the framing, plumbing, and electrical have been inspected and completed. It may also include removal of large debris and trash. This will help prepare for incoming painting, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry contractors.

Phase 2 - Prep Clean
A detailed cleaning of kitchen and washrooms are required including sinks, tubs, showers, cabinets and countertops. During this phase we also included detailed cleaning of baseboards, light fixtures, door frames, window ledges, interior windows, mirrors, with floors being vacuumed and mopped.
Phase 3 - Final Clean
At this stage, all contractors have completed their work and no longer require access. Garage areas are swept, carpets are vacuumed, floors are mopped and any remaining dust is addressed at this stage.
