Best staff anywhere. I joined World Gym Dartmouth at the beginning of August 2019, and I’ve been a member of several other gyms and fitness centres over the years but I’ve never felt like I do going to World Gym Dartmouth. The staff are all amazing and they make you feel like they are really on your team rooting for you to do well and succeed. You always get a warm greeting when you arrive and if you need to ask for any kind of help they go out of their way to do whatever they can to help. I’ve never felt like a belonged at any gym until now, I have a significant amount of weight to lose, so far I’m down 26 pounds, and I feel so motivated to go to the gym and I miss it on days I don’t go and I’m sure the welcoming and inclusive manner of the staff has a huge effect on my continuing enjoyment at this gym. Enjoying the vibe of this gym. Has all the equipment I need. The option of using the fitness class room when not in use it awesome. Was a little skeptic about the VIP only area however I find that my work outs aren’t super specific and require any specialty equipment held in there. The demographic of members is diverse and always smiling. The staff is always helpful and a lot more pleasant than any of the ones I found at GoodLife. Nancy works seriously hard and keeps that gym immaculate! I have never seen such a clean gym. The trainers are all so qualified and friendly! You get so much out of this gym for the fantastic price. There is so much space to workout compared to other gyms, you never have to wait for a spot to lift, a bench or a piece of equipment. The childcare is amazing, I feel great leaving my child in the care of the staff there and she loves going. The smoothie bar is the icing on the cake when you need a quick energy boost for after your workout! More...

The staff are alll very friendly! Great equipment and lots of options, The facility is super clean and I see Nancy who is the cleaner non stop working on the floors, the washrooms ! can honestly say over the years I have belonged to many gyms and have never seen one that is consistently as clean as this one! I love the fact she seems to really care about her work and the reflection it has on people feeling they are in a clean environment!! I almost made the mistake of joining another gym around the corner but decided to join World Gym instead because their staff made me feel so comfortable from the second I walked in. For me, the most important part of joining a gym is the feeling of support and positivity, and this place delivers. Sometimes (...often) it's difficult to get the motivation to go to the gym but the staff there make it a much better experience with their welcoming attitudes. I also want to give a special shout out to the woman who cleans, she's amazing. She's so friendly and keeps everything in immaculate condition. I've been going to World Gym since it opened. I've attended each of the classes, they are great. The instructors are very good, giving options when needed, explain everything. All the staff are very knowledgeable, very friendly and helpful. And to be able to sit and get a smoothie after a workout is the best. The hydro massage chairs are awesome. I highly recommend World Gym. Update : Still loving World Gym ❤️ The atmosphere is the absolute best. Everyone makes you feel like you belong. Even other members. They'll stop and chat, even if you don't know them, except from the gym. They get in new equipment, and you can ask ANY staff member to show you how to use it. Even while they're working out lol. I did that haha (Paige) I've since gotten a PT, Nermeen, she is the best!!! She knows my limits, but also that I like to push myself.
