Woodrows Counselling and Consulting provides counselling services for a wide variety of issues. I, Keith Woodrow, have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology from McGill University and 30 years experience as a counsellor working with children & adults. I am competent in all the major counselling modalities. My counselling method is eclectic; therefore I particularly want to fit my counselling style to the client and their particular issues as opposed to fitting the client’s issue into a specific counselling theory. Moreover I like to continually operate in co-operation with my clients by asking the simple, direct question: “Is this working for you right now?” It is always my goal that each session serves as s positive step in the direction of growth and healing for my clients. I enjoy helping people find their inner resources to come to a better functioning place in their lives. I Look forward to meeting new clients and working together on the challenges they face.
