What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Masks, Sanitary gym and the gym I work out of IS NOT public. Meaning only trainers and clients are allowed.
Online Personal Training
This is an online document showing you what exercises to do, in which order, pacing and rest times as well as videos/resources of how to do them and things to fix.
I offer this in 8 week, 3 months, 6 months and yearly plans.
Online Meal Plans
This is an online document that shows you what food to eat, how much of it to eat, when to eat it and how much water you should be consuming. For a bit more of a price I also can make your grocery list for you.
NOTE: All of this will be talked about and I will be catering this specifically to you.
In-Person Training Sessions
I offer 30m/1hr/1.5hr sessions
This is recommended for fixing form and reducing injury chance. This is also a great way to get into lifting or beating plateau's as I can see directly where your issues are and fix them.
