We went to the Wing n it location in Kelligrews last night(got there about 5:45), there were 8 of us, and we didn't mind sitting at 2 different tables. When we arrived they were busy(but as the night went on they weren't so busy), we waited and waited to be seated, nobody ever came so we seated ourselves ( 2 different tables). I managed to stop a waitress and told her that we waited so long that we did seat ourselves, and could we have some menus, she said no problem, 10-15 minutes passed, no menus, so again I got them myself. Waited another 10-15 minutes for a waitress, finally she came and took our order(she was very nice), after about 30 minutes we got our order(just 4 of us at our table) and of the 4 orders, 3 of them were wrong. Had to wait again forever to get our correct order. We finally got out of there at 7:50. I usually love their food, but last night was the first and last time visiting this location More...

My first and last experience was last night at the St. John’s Hebron way location. Over an hour and a half to receive our food. Once we got it the wings were cold and the fries/onion rings tasted like they were cooked in burnt oil. In the time we were there, no one check to see if we needed a refil on our drinks. Waitress were hiding out in the kitchen instead of attending to the tables. An absolutely horrible experience, we will not be returning! More...
