Williams Kool Heat

We had a problem with our boiler, and our pump stopped working. I called Williams Kool Heat and asked Dave to come over and see if he could take a look at the problem. I got a very courteous and timely response. Dave and his team came over and assessed the problem right away, Dave first gave us a solution that wouldn't cost us any money, which I was very grateful for. Eventually we did need to replace the pump which I knew was inevitable, but thankful for the extension of life for the original pump.   I would definitely recommend Williams Kool Heat, for their knowledge and understanding of border systems. Fast response time. returns calls within good time frame. Friendly and knowledgeable and even took additional time in setting up the program for my fathers furnace. Highly recommended.
