Thank you very much Chris. It was Percy Pud 10k today and I had a time in mind that I wanted to achieve. Week before race I woke up with pain in neck and shoulder. Chris managed to fit me on Monday prior to race. He worked on neck and shoulder to enable me to turn head without pain and reduce pain in shoulder.
