LOVE this company. They are professional, staff is friendly and they care about their customers. Had Brady and Nolan out to do our furnace and duct cleaning. Exceptional company. Very professional and knowledgeable. They were quick to come out, and come back, to diagnose the problem and get everything in shape. Shae, Zack and Uri were very polite and explained everything that was going on and how they were solving the problem. Steve & Tyler came to do the cleaning. They were right on time and walked me through what was going to occur. Upon inspection of the furnace Steve found cracked heat exchangers that were leaking CO and when questioned about scorch marks on the hot water tank explained that it has passed its expiration date. Although it was not heating season within a few hours I was called to book an appointment for the replacement two days later. I had Steve's price quote by the end of the next day. The replacement team (sorry I can't remember their names) was on time and stayed all day to complete the job. They were very polite and professional and even reinforced the back stairs they had been using when they noticed a step was loose. They walked us through how to work with the new equipment and the price was exactly what was quoted. Tyler then came about six weeks later to do a complimentary duct cleaning. He again was on time and was polite and professional. Everyone from the ladies on the phone booking the appointments to the workmen were polite, courteous and professional. I am looking forward to dealing with this company again next May when it will be time for the yearly inspection of the new furnace. GREAT JOB1!!!!! More...

I just want to let you guys know how pleased we were with our service last week. Shae was so awesome, he made sure everything was safe, honored his original price quote despite having to spend more time once he got into things. I have been using this company for over 5 years now not only for my home but my business. They are always prompt with service, professional and courteous. They explain everything they are doing and why and if they notice something that needs to be addressed you know right there and then. They have no hidden cost what the tell you is the price is the price. When I first moved into my house my gas bills were so high after they cam out and inspected my furnace they found work that needed to be completed. Once everything was done my gas bills decreased by half.

My neighbor is also now using this company and since using there services she has seen a decrease in her heating cost's. I had an emergency at my Mom's her furnace had gone down in - 27 weather she had called other company's gave her a two day window. She called and talked to me, I called Western and they were there that day. Unfortunately she needed to have her furnace replaced, but they gave her a great price and even helped explain the rebate she could get when the job was completed. After the install was done my Mom decided to call other company's just to see what they would have charged and the best price at the end of the day was Western. They were fantastic! I had not had my ducts cleaned in years as I live in Toronto and I had rented out my house in Calgary and really wanted to have them done by someone that I trusted. The woman that I spoke with (Cathy?) was helpful, warm, informative and very professional on the phone. Matt called to let me know that he was on his way and from the moment they walked into my home they were polite, knowledgeable, helpful, efficient and friendly.

I would definitely use this company again.They arrived and gave me a quick walk-through of what they would be doing and gave me a full written quote before performing any work. The main technician did the normal up-selling that is expected, which worked in my case as I needed the Fresh Air Intake and Vacuflow cleaned anyway, I just didn't know they performed this task. They completed the work quickly and with minimal mess considering the work they were doing.Only thing against them was that they were 15 minutes late, but given that I live in Airdrie and they are in Calgary that is easy to overlook. I had western furnace out to repair my furnace as it wasn't working just a light kept blinking some code at me , their technician came looked at my furnace n diagnosed I needed a control board as well he pointed out my carrier furnace had multiple cracks in the heat exchanger . . he gave me some prices on what it would cost for a new furnace as well as what it would cost to replace control board n exchanger .. after crunching the numbers I decided to purchase a new furnace ..they just installed it yesterday Lennox with a new humidifier the city is coming out tomorrow for final inspection everything looks great home is toasty warm guys were professional n polite will continue to be a customer of theirs for years. This was the second time I had Matt come by to inspect my furnace and clean my ducts and air returns. He took apart my very old furnace for the inspection and gave me tips and recommendations on what to look for in a replacement. You can tell safety is a top priority for Matt. This company has the best customer services and skilled technicians in Calgary hands down! WCF has went above and beyond for our company like no other. We have done smaller projects $10,000 as well large projects $180,000 with Western Canadian Furnace. The office staff is more then accommodating and pleasant every time I have spoke with them. The operations manager / lead technician (Max) is one of the most talented, knowledgeable people I have ever had the opportunity to deal with. The quality of the work we received was and continues to be impeccable! I would not be stretching the truth by calling this company one of the finest in North America let alone Canada. I had western canadian furnace come out to clean my vents a few weeks ago originally i was set up for 1f15 vents but when they guys came out they advised me i had over 20 vents and bumped me up to a better price package saving me over $30 in extra vents the showed me everything they were going to clean made sure i had a good understanding of what was going to be done after the job was done and all vents and furnace was cleaned i was surprised by how little mess there was from dust flying around barely any visible and all my vents were completely cleaned out and my furnace looked new
i would definitely recommend this company to anyone i know looking to have furnace and vents cleaned the techs went above and beyond

I had western canadian furnace come out n clean my furnace n vents this week they came early for appointment n called first to ask if it was ok they went over everything with me before they did the job how many vents I have n how much it would cost gave me a flyer informing me of their additional services they offer unlike other companies I find try way to hard to over sell u they were respective and not pushy at all i added a dryer vent which they cleaned very well n I already got my mother to call and set up an Apointment for her house with them will definetly be using them in future thank u western canadian furnace

The two technicians were very punctual, showing up about five minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
They were friendly and professional, introducing themselves and then clearly explaining what they were going to be doing.
They went to work quickly and were very efficient. The technician that inspected/serviced the furnace brought to my attention two parts that were nearing the end of their life span - the flame sensor and the ignitor. He said that they may or may not last us through one more winter, but I wanted to be on the safe side and instructed him to replace both parts at their respective prices (about $120-130 for both parts combined).
They proceeded to clean out all the ducts in the house with their special truck vacuum and also cleaned out the chimney and gas fireplace.
All in all, they were punctual, efficient, reasonably priced, and professional. I will definitely be using them again in the future for my annual furnace/HVAC maintenance. More...
