I chose to be self-employed because I didn't always believe that clients are treated fairly or efficiently. I wanted to be in control of providing the best service possible at an affordable price. I wanted to be able to focus on our clients needs, and determine how best my own services could assist them in meeting those needs. As well, if my clients request, is not feasible I like being able to tell my client that I do not think it is worth it for them on a financial aspect to undertake an investigation.

I think it is imperative that any potential client who is considering retaining a private investigator that they understand that the money they pay for the retainment is an investment. Which means they need to make sure they have a written contract with the agency, as well as make sure they have a complete understanding of what parameter to which a private investigator can assist. There is often a misconception of what we are legally allowed to do. That being stated, my agency complies with all laws and legislation, after all we want the evidence we collect to stand up in court. We believe in ethics, fair billing practices and being completely transparent. Clients should also know that businesses on this site pay to contact them. Therefore, only submit one inquiry if you are serious about retaining someone.

All initial contact is done online. That being stated we do need to speak to people as we are required to conduct conflict of interest checks.

We are not meeting face to face, any longer due to Covid 19. We are considered an essential service as well.
