First positive was the time they devoted to the quote. Over an hour to assess our situation and go over options, including warranty. Because they spent time we knew they cared. Then Cory and crew showed up, attentive, professional, clean, timely, communicative. Everything works well and we know that if there is a blip we will get the same great service with a call to them. I had a problem with my furnace. Noel from Weiss Johnson came out and took a look. He was very friendly and very knowledgeable, I was very impressed with his professionalism. He explained everything in detail to me. Not only did he fix the problem, but explained how I could save money in the future. There is know where else I would every go to for furnace issues. Martin was knowledgeable and friendly. Repaired the furnace very quickly. I have no issue with him at all. My issue is with the company pricing. It costs $225.00 for the visit even though the repair took 5 minutes. That is absurd even for an "after hours" call which was done at 4:47pm on a weekday. More...

I can't say enough about our positive experience with Weiss-Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning. My request for an estimate was received and responded to quickly by Jody. Ken was out to our house within days to discuss our requirements. It was wonderful dealing with one company for the few different issues we had. They replaced a faucet and garburator as well as hot water tank and furnace. Ken provided great advice and options for the furnace and hot water tank replacement. The installers were amazing. Cory and Chris were so professional and nice guys to have around for the day! They did an excellent job installing the new fittings and equipment and left it looking better and more organized than before. We will continue to use Weiss-Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning for our mechanical needs and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Weiss Johnson came out last week in a timely fashion. We had furnace problems in the cold snap. A quick fix was completed. In doing a review with Dave Bruisma the next day Friday we decided to have a new furnace installed. I experienced a problem with my garage heater and called Weiss Johnson for service. They originally booked my service for a week following my phone call but then called me back to change that appointment to the next day. I know that there were other more pressing things for them to do but they sent a technician out anyway to fix my garage heater and I couldn’t be more happier with this company. Recently I had a problem with my furnace heater in midnight. I call them and told my heating problem. They guide me on phone to follow some step to fix it which was very appreciative but we couldn’t solve it together. So they assigned a technician for the very next early morning. Over all my experience was just ok. There were some major issues coordinating Weiss Johnson sheet metal with the Weiss Johnson electrical side of things, which was a headache. The estimator tried to pass the buck to me to coordinate with their electrician which didn’t seem right. After about 2.5 weeks and multiple emails with the estimator he finally took care of it. The install went ok. They were on time and got the job done efficiently and politely. However the installers did a very sloppy job siliconing and sealing the vent pipe coming out of my house. A little bit of effort and attention to detail would have gone a long way. They made a mess of it and didn’t properly seal it off, so I’ll have to fix that myself. Over all it was just ok. More...

I HIGHLY recommend Weiss Johnson!!!! So thankful for them!!! My first call in was amazing! Ken Lowry cared and gave me that the best price and best furnace he could that I could afford and I totally trusted him For the size of the furnace and efficiency. I researched two companies and there was absolutely no comparison for service and price. Ken just told me I had to move my crap so his installers could get in LOL . I was unable to be there when they installed I really wanted to buy them lunch but couldn’t get away from work. Nice thought lol. you guys did a great job!! I called WJ and over the phone my furnace issue was resolved!! Then my son had a furnace company challenge, another firm came to his home trying to sell him a new furnace. I got WJ to come to check his furnace. They diagnosed the solution, advised to purchase a $8 part, we we did, replace the part as instructed, challenge solved.
