Vu has been my favourite restaurant lately. My partner and I visited Vu and were amazed at not only the quality of food, but also the service. We had the mustard crusted salmon and the halibut. The presentation & flavour was outstanding! This is easily one of, if not the best meal we’ve ever eaten. I cannot recommend this place enough! Such a warm and welcoming environment! We had such a great time at Vu tonight. From the moment we walked through the door the staff were so friendly and attentive. Our server Andrea showed us a great time with the most beautiful view of St.Johns harbour. The food was spectacular, both in presentation and taste, with house made desserts to boot!! Well to say Vu was amazing is an understatement! Besides the amazing view of St. John’s harbour the food was absolute perfection. The stuffed French toast, the scrambled eggs, bacon all cooked to perfection. The fruit was fresh and the entire meal was hot. Each table was distanced enough that you felt like you had the restaurant to yourself. Already planning my next trip. Oh and did I mention free parking!
