Professional. On time. Careful and Kind - both with my items and ensuring I was supported through the entire process.
Words cannot decribe the gratitude I hold for V&M (Victor and Marcia) .

Marcia responded to every calls and texts promptly and included information that answered my questions or concerns.
I was personally dealing with a family death and grief.
Having to arrange a move was overwhelming.
Marcia treated me like a dear friend. Reassuring me all would be taken care of.

Two days before move, Marcia called to confirm our booking and on moving day, she call first thing in the morning to confim that Victor was on schedule and when he would arrive.

Victor arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule and greeted me with the smile and energy of a best friend.
His ability to survey all the items that needed to be loaded and then orchestrate each item fitting safely into place within the truck was astonishing. A life-sized game of jenga he pulled off without concern or hesitation.

Transportation was safe and relaxed. He is a fantastically Safe driver with an easy going manner. Nothing shifted or was jostled about during the transition.

Upon arrival, Victor took every precaution unloading and placing each item in its designated location.

Victor was very professional, helpful and friendly. From start to finish, communication was great. Kept us updated on ETA. He helped us with furniture, loading and unloading was done with care. We knew that out sofas will arrive safely. His driving was also great. Overall great service. I will for sure recommend his services to my friends and family.
