The answer this question is very simple, it's about how smart you train rather than how hard you come into the gym. When you come to the gym understand how to properly train takes time and it's different for everyone. Here's just some of the factors in which would affect your training your, time, your energy level, nutrition all factors in day-to-day training how do you get body of your dreams you learn how to work properly for it.

Yes I do zoom calls almost every day. I am trying to provided as much help to individuals as I can in this very difficult world.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Remote training, more one on one sessions, limited numbers of people in the gym at one time. Cleaning after every use. Signing in when you come here with a questionnaire on your health. Lots of social distance warnings. Lots of cleaning stations in the gym. Hand sanitizer at the door so you can use in and out.
