I am a firm believer the the capacity for change and the power of hope. I work with individuals who are struggling with addiction, other unwanted habits, stress, anxiety and depression,overwhelming feelings. Together, we will look for solutions to overcome challenges and achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
I am a fluently bilingual (French/English) psychotherapist with over 25 years of front line experience specializing in addictions and mental/emotional health. In my various roles, I have worked with individuals, and families. My approach is client centered and solution focused, tailored to each client's situation.
I feel that mutual respect, self-determination and empowerment are the cornerstones of the client-clinician relationship. I strive to a highly supportive environment where they can develop strategies to empower themselves to achieve growth and success.
