We are a boutique property management company that is family owned. We are committed to providing the same care and dedication to the properties we manage as we do to our own. Services

We clean each unit after the departure of tenants and before the arrival of new tenants. The cleaning schedule will be set in advance according to the lease dates. The cleaning will be a full cleaning of all spaces within the unit and in the common building areas (hallways, stairs, communal washer/dryer areas, etc.). VIBE will ensure that the cleanliness of the units meet the required standard before new tenants move in or showings are scheduled.

Regular Common Area Cleaning: Common area cleaning will be done bi-weekly according to a set schedule. This includes all areas that are outside of the units such as hallways, staircases, entrances, etc.

We take care of the marketing, listing, showing, leasing, and rent collection for your property. We will also complete the tenant screening and rental application process, as well as utilities, insurance, and property inspections as needed.

Property Marketing & Listing:
We will be responsible for marketing and listing the property on a number of online sites, through networking and communication, and printed materials in order to achieve a wide outreach and exposure

Showings & Leasing:
We will schedule viewings of the property and will ensure that they are fully ready for tenants to view. VIBE will also handle the tenant screening, application process, and lease signing.

Rent Collection:
We will collect rent from the tenants on a monthly basis and will follow up with tenants as needed.

We provide landscaping services for the outdoor areas of the building. This includes maintaining the front and/or back garden areas in terms of foliage, raking leaves, cleaning, and general upkeep. Landscaping for newly developed properties can also be provided.

Under the Maintenance Service, wehandles all maintenance and repairs needed for the property.

Regular Maintenance: Non-emergency maintenance requests will be processed and a visit scheduled within 48 hours. Notification of a regular maintenance problem is done by completing the Maintenance Request Form.


Our team will conduct a quarterly inspection visit to all properties in order to address any maintenance issues needed inside or outside the building for general upkeep. Any maintenance requirements identified are conveyed to the property owner and addressed once approval is received.

We will provide service for managing the green bin, recycling, and garbage collection at each property according to the days allocated by the City. This also includes ensuring that the appropriate bins are available for all tenants and that the area remains clean.
