March,2018. We just had our pool deck redone with Vancouver Safety Surfacing. Incredible job from start to finish. Ryan was amazing working with us to determine a colour combination that we liked. No pressure sales, our concerns and questions all answered. Conor and Aaron installed the product and they were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They took their time with all the edges and made sure the work was perfect. We had other quotes and they did not come close to the professional standard of Vancouver Safety and Surfacing. I could not be happier with the work ethic and product produce from the guys at Vancouver safety surfacing. Connor and Edoardo worked all day and produced an unbelievably perfect walkway! It was a pleasure to deal with Ryan during the estimate process and throughout the rest of the work.

There was no pressure tactics used to sell us their service. They were patient with us making the color choice and did not seem to mind when we took extra time to decide on our color. We were looking for a new surface for our deck - it didn't need to be water tight, just water resistant and safe.
Vancouver Safety Surfacing provided a cost effective solution, that looks great. Their 2 employees - Jose & Eduardo worked hard all day, with great attention to the detailed work around the edges. Ryan followed up with accurate estimate and warranty and cleaning info.

I would like to thank Vancouver Safety and Surfacing for doing such a great job on my driveway, stairs and walkways. Connor and Aaron did a fabulous job and were very courteous and discussed any concerns I may of had, I was very skeptical about putting this surface on my driveway after viewing another job I had seen done. It was terrible !! They assured me it was not their work. Thank goodness !! Ryan, Connor, and Aaron were very professional and made up a color that I was happy with. This company surprised me. I left an inquiry on their website and literally within a couple of hours recieved a call from Ryan. This is unusual as most contractors do not monitor e-mail leads from their websites. He booked an appointment with me for a few days later and he showed up when he said he would. He explained everything to my wife and I, took measurements of our deck and gave us a quote on the spot. He was friendly, knowledgable and courteous. We booked the job right away and he has his crew in to do our deck within 3-4 days. They completed the job in about 4-5 hours and cleaned up after themselves.
