Martin was quick to respond (20 mins) to our emergency situation and arrived promptly. He was polite, informed, and conversant with our type of heating system. He quickly diagnosed the problem and took appropriate steps to fix it. He consulted with us throughout and let us know what options we had, when we had them. He stopped the flooding water that evening and returned earlier than promised the next day to complete the job. He pointed out the deficiencies of our current set up (and adjusted them) and what to look for in future. He undertook no more than was necessary. He billed for accurate time and appropriate rate. He was pleasant and unflappable throughout (although we were understandably distressed about the situation) and that helped us all to get things under control. More...

Have you ever had a freezing Christmas with no cold water and no heat? Well, thanks to this awesome company neither have I! Boiler died a few days before Christmas, I had guests over and they were not happy to learn there was no hot water. Sam, Martin and their team came in and worked all the way until Christmas eve!! To top it all off their prices were fair and they were honest and frank about the costs and work. Lovely to work with, responsible, honest and high quality work (plus they ordered my hard to find boiler in 3 days! How did they do that ) I can't say enough good things about these people.I tried these guys out because there wasn't 1 negative review about them, now I've worked with them I know why.P.S.
