What do you love most about your job?
I love solving difficult problems for people and then seeing their reaction when it is all finished and they have the result they were looking for. It makes me feel like a technology superhero. Or when someone has a new tech device installed in their home like whole home audio and then when they turn it on for the first time and they are like "WOW this is so cool"
What inspired you to start your own business?
I realized that in order for me to reach my full potential I had to be fully accountable for my life aka self employed. I have a lot of expertise when it comes technology that I can use to help people. Also I think there isn't really an independent option available in the telecom industry in Canada and I have the ability to provide that for Canadians.

We can support our installed devices remotely. Our professional installations do require us to be at your site.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have outfitted our staff with PPE and our tools and equipment are sanitized before we bring them onto your site. Our technicians will stay 6ft away from you, your staff and your family. But we do love hugs and hope that we can do that with our clients in the future.
