We were quite nervous about replacing our shake roof but under the guidance of Tristan the process was painless. His key worker Frederick, was amazing and worked very hard to ensure we had a positive experience with this company. We were kept up to date and informed of progress made and the expected timeframe from start to finish. The workforce were pleasant, respectful and worked hard to replace a very difficult sloping roof in the hot weather earlier this year. Tristan was able to accommodate us during the time we had the house painted: came back to put on gutters and other finishing so that the painters had better access. Tristan`s crew did a good job for our house in BBY. Since it was just at the beginning of the busy season, we were able to get a week to do our roof(took 4 days). The roof looks wonderful and he also fixed our drain on request.The only small hiccup was that his nail detector was not working and he had to buy another one to find all the loose nails around the house and neighbor`s yard.However, other then that, it was a great job.Tyrone More...

Tristan quickly fixed our leaky roof on the same day we called him. He made it as simple as it could to get the job done and the cost was very reasonable (unlike other companies that will try to complicate things in order to make more $$ from you). Highly recommend this company!

I feel very grateful to the help from Up and Up roofing company for my new roof. Back 10 years ago, unfortunately, I did use a wrong roofing company, they recommended me a problem shingle which make my roof got rain water damage shortly after 10 years. I got 25 years warranty for my shingle. Made a call to that company,they would not take any responsibility. Made a call to Up and Up roofing company , talked to Tristan. He respond my call right away and came to my house to cover up the roof leaking area. I do not have to worry about rain from that time on. Rainy season is coming in Vancouver, I decide to hire Up and Up roofing company for my new roof due to : their price is reasonable, always respond my call and take care all my concerns and needs about my new roof. Their staffs are very polite. As a mater of fact, my wife and I are very satisfied and impress about the finish of their new roof work.
