The staffs there are nice and the clinic is nice and clean; however, they are lacking communication. I have been coming here for shockwave treatment a number of times for my mommy wrist (right wrist) last year. Unfortunately my left wrist starting to hurt, so i came in again in December for shockwave treatment, but the price went up from $150 to $250 since the last time I saw them in September and they didn’t even warn me about it. I didn’t know about the price change until I was paying for it after the treatment. I’ve been having shockwave treatment all around town probably 10 times in total for my right wrist for it to be functional; therefore, used up all my insurance benefits. $100 increase in price is significant and they should warn their patients about it. If I have known the price is $250, I wouldn’t have done this last treatment. The treatment helps and my wrist always feel slightly better each time but you have to get like 10 treatments for it to work and $250 per treatment is a lot of money. My wrist pain reduced by almost half after the first treatment but it only lasted for a week and now it’s bad again. So... keep in mind it may take 10 treatments for it to be effective. More...
