We have used Unleashed off and on for over 16 years - they have always been professional and our dogs were always looked after well and have had a great time there playing and getting to know the other dogs there.

I love this facility! It is incredibly professional and well organized. They are very thorough with analyzing the behaviour of all dogs attending so you can rest assured you’re dog is playing with other friendly pups. They slowly introduced my dog the first time she went so she wasn’t overwhelmed, and I love how I can simply reserve a place for her using their website. I also appreciate the quick pick up and drop off which is possible as they are able to keep your payment info on file at your request. Unleashed is such a great place to take your pet. The staff are amazing, the drop off and pick up is super easy and you have your own account where you can book online in advanced or ask questions. My 5 month old black lab comes home tired and happy,. I am very impressed with how well they keep the grounds and how many different areas the dogs can play and hangout at. We are very excited to have found Unleashed Petsitters! We were looking for boarding for our dog Maya and we checked out several places before finding Unleashed. Maya has been doing some daycare visits to get used to things and we are very impressed with the care, professionalism, and organization! The Facebook posts are really nice too. It only took Oliver a couple of visits before I knew he loves coming here! When I drop him off now he jumps out of the car to the entrance and doesn’t look back at me! ! I can't say enough amazing things about Unleashed !! Last Friday I took our 13 yr old lab for his weekly visit to see his friends at Unleashed (he has been going there for 3 years now). . I got a call from Sue that Marshall was having a hard time breathing even though he had been in the air conditioning most of the morning... he didn't even want his McFurry..!!! Something was wrong there!! They took him to the vet for me and I met Mel there. While I waited for the results Mel stayed with me just in case I needed the support... once we knew everything was going to be fine.. Mel went back to Unleashed but asked to please send updates as they were all worried about him.... Mandy even checked in with me the next day to see how he was.. Thanks to the quick reactions of all the staff at Unleashed Marshall is now at home and back to his old self. I wouldn't take him anywhere else knowing the care and love the staff show to all the pups that go there. Unfortunately Marshall has been told by the vet he can't go back until the weather cools off or his breathing will be affected again.. so until the fall comes, we both will be missing you all at Unleashed !!! �� More...

January 1st 2018 What a great place. My dogs love it here. I hate to see a bad review especially when it is unnecessary. I totally agree with unleashed wanting money up front for prime holiday time. People have a habit of canceling last minute. If you book a restaurant or hotel this time of year you have to pay upfront. My dogs have a great time here. I wanted to leave Elmo here because of all the great reviews and after his first day, I can say that they were all true. He had a great day at daycare and made lots of new friends! We were very nervous about boarding our two puppies for the first time, but the staff made us feel very comfortable. They gave us a tour of the facility and answered all of our questions. Great staff that put safety first. Transparent and timely when communicating with clients. Our dogs have been going to Unleashed for a few years -- both for daycare amd overnights and are happy going in the door and coming out.
