Rob was very professional when he came to give an estimate on the job. He seemed knowledgeable about the materials, gave lots of detail in the estimate, and didn’t pressure me to make a decision.
He responded promptly to email requests for information. His painters showed up when he said they would and did a good job of protecting property that was not to be stained. I requested a final walk through at the end of the job as a few spots had been missed. His Production Manager showed up promptly and took care of some minor finishing touches on the spot.

We hired University First Class to complete a full refinish of our deck. Our deck is huge with fences, polls and multiple levels and was in desperate need of attention. Thomas and his team were very professional. He provided us with a very competitive estimate. They had to pressure wash, then sand, then stain. He succeeded to color match our previous stain perfectly. His team worked very long hours, were never late and never asked for anything. Jorden Myers and his crew of painters just did an amazing job pressure washing and staining a very large and badly neglected deck here and tomorrow they move indoors to paint the interior of an apartment undergoing renovation.
