Booking was not an issue until I needed a date change. The new information was given with the new location but was not secured. I was forced to move everything to the original date with the new location. The movers came on time and were very courteous but accidentally damaged 2 glass pieces. The second piece I had to inquire about and recieved no explanation of what happened. I was advised it would be repaired but would take up to 8 weeks. Glass can be replaced very quickly and to have an 81yr old forced to wait that length of time is extremely poor customer service. More...

Highly recommend you use these guys for your move. They were kind and polite and extremely hard working!! I honestly can’t say enough. They went well above and beyond. Despite being paid hourly, they worked fast and it was very hot! We had sooo much stuff we had also rented a uhaul for the ton of boxes we had. Every time they saw me carrying a box, they took it from me and put it on our uhaul. They were not getting paid for that work but they jumped in to help. Very friendly and professional. Ok what a great moving experience! They were on time, so polite, organized, took care and wrapped important pieces, were quick, professional and extremely hard workers! They did a fantastic job, really can’t say enough cause I was blown away! I’m hoping I don’t have to move for many years but if I do I’m calling two men and a truck! Today I witnessed one of your emoloyees berate a nice young man, respectfully working his minimum wage job, at the Tim Horton's in Brooklin. Your employee asked for some napkins because the holder was out, and when the Tim's employee seemed surprised, your employee yelled at him for asking if it was out - as if he was dumb enough to ask without checking. When the Tim's employee gave him some napkins, your employee once again yelled at him for handing him the napkins "improperly". He then demanded to speak to a manager. When the Tim's employee explained there was none, your employee yelled that he would speak to this young man then. He then berated him - telling him that if he ever saw your employee in the store again, he must treat him properly and with respect. Ironically, your employee didn't treat the Tim's employee with either. There is nothing more disgusting than treating a kid, making minimum wage, in a crappy part-time job, as if they are less than. Your employee was wearing one of your shirts, and I watched him take his lunch and napkins back to your truck. Not a very good impression of your company, if you ask me. More...
