great place great people excellent service work well with my dog that has some minor behavior issues. also it cost me less to get both my dogs nails clipped and tip five dollars that it cost me to get one dog done at pet smart or any vet I've been to for that matter. never make an appointment just walk in and there done in less that ten minutes every time. Great experience at Twisted Whiskers!My cat is a bit of a scardy cat and he has been turned away at other groomers because he gets scared and freaks out. The groomer at twisted whiskers was able to handle his behavior and calm him down and was able to give him 'almost' a lion cut (he was to squirmy for a full lion) and he looks so freakin cute!!I would highly recommend twisted whiskers - they are the cat whisper's More...

After going to several different groomers when we first moved here I tried this place.  I am thankful I was given KC as our groomer.  she gave my dog a  lovely hair cut, is very confident and knows her stuff.  She listens to me and gives me the cut I want for my dog.  She was really helpful in advising me how long to keep my dog for the winter as we had never experienced an Alberta winter before.  Shop is always clean and tidy plus you can see the dogs being groomed at times. Our little dog has now been going there for nearly 2 years.  She still shakes when she enters but I think most dogs react the same way when they go in.KC is very calm and I trust her with my little Rosie.My only complaint would be that KC is only there 2 days a week so you have to be quite organized in booking.
