What do you love most about your job?
I love helping people and assisting them in improving their lives whether from a counselling perspective or a life coaching one.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Due to Covid-19 I was required to make choices for myself to stay afloat. I had to put my other business on hold due to restrictions and worked towards a new career. So I was able to take something that was really negative and turn it into something positive for myself.
Why should our clients choose you?
I think I'm a very easy going type of person that will make you feel comfortable. Sessions aren't about being uncomfortable it's about find your stride and pace. I'm here to work with you no matter where you are at.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, all sessions are online zoom sessions from the 15 min free introductory consultations to the sixty minute sessions. If you prefer a phone call that is also an option, (please just let me know if this is how you would prefer your sessions). When you book with me online you will automatically be sent a link before the session.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to Covid-19 restrictions and safety precautions I am not doing any in person sessions. All sessions are done online through zoom or by phone.
Accountability and Mindset Life Coaching
Life coaching focuses on creating a new life path for you to achieve certain goals and is very action-oriented. Life coaching helps you introspect to find your solutions.
I'm here to help you focus on the now and what next. As a life coach I help you set and achieve your goals with support and accountability. I'm going to challenge you and help you move forward with a positive mindset, motivation, drive and focus.
Counselling
Counselling focuses on specific events, issues or patterns and looks into emotional resolutions to past and present problems to help you to move forward.
Finding solutions to those specific problems and healing are the main objectives.
As a counsellor I am here to create a safe and supportive space so that we can explore these problems and questions you have about about yourself and your life. I'm here to help you identify the problems and act as a solid support system to assist you in gaining strength to cope, resolve and move on.
