May 2nd...with great trepidation, I went here with two dog grooming issues and 1 Taurine issue,and Tiara served me. Thinking she was young, i was pretty nervous. We dealt with the newly released info from Univ of Davis (top canine research) and i showed her that I was worried about the big dogs that were having heart problems (Newfoundlanders, Goldens, Flatcoats). She took the time to read the article and we set about picking Canadian Natural with Grain chicken and Rice. Whew. One issue with . % satisfaction.Then on to grooming my purebreed dogs.. To start, bc i was nervous... i showed her a groomer youtube video. She patiently watched it. % and felt she could achieve this. When my flatcoat ears were done they were excellent. % (I felt bad for my disbelieving attitude bc i get grief at other places). Then we did the toenails. My albatross issue. I told her I wanted them to go back and she explained BELIEVED ME and told me there were different techniques to make them recede. I was so shocked to learn that in fact we could move forward with getting the nails to quit clicking in the floor. When Tiara was finished, it was. % quality.-dog nails.✔-ears.✔-paw trimmed bottom and shaped.✔-hocks.✔Tiara did a level of dog grooming that matched my professional dog handlers.I am totally satisfied. I take my 13 year old and 3 year old dogs for daycare and grooming. They love all the girls and can't get in the door fast enough. The staff treat all dogs like they are the most important one there. Really thankful to find this place as we were passing through Kamloops and they were able to provide daycare for our 2 dogs at short notice. Our Black Lab Kelsey loves going to "Doggy Daycare" at Roving K-9. Today after a trip to the vet for her annual needles, we had a grooming appointment at Roving K-9. Kelsey has an affinity for rolling in the dirt and probably had 3 months worth of sand and other plant matter in her double coat. When she came out of the back, she was more shiny and fluffy than I have ever seen her. She was almost sparkling clean! Her coat was back to it's velvety softness, and her undercoat shedding was all brushed out. They did an amazing job and the price is extremely reasonable. More...

Love the staff! Andrea did such an amazing job grooming my shihz tzu and she is so awesome with her. The staff make you feel comfortable when you walk in the door and I know my dog is in the best care when I leave her there.

My Labrador, Eli developed quite an itch and many scrapes after a week of runs through many wooded areas enroute from Detroit to Kamloops. Typically I bathe him twice a month and was ready to do so when Andrea returned my call to invite me to bring in Eli. When i picked him up 1.5 hours later, his fur was fluffy and his nails perfectly shortened and smooth. For the past 20 years I have had 3 Labradors and have never been completely satisfied by the efforts of any groomer. For that reason I would fill the bath tub and get in to shampoo my dog. Nail trimming was a trip to somewhere where the groomer used a pitiful tool to shorten them, often leaving them with a frayed surface that caught on the threads of carpet. Twenty years and 2300 miles from home, I at last found the perfect solution to my large dog bathing dilemma, Roving K9 Kare! Not too many plusses to my daughter moving to another country, but i certainly count Roving K9 Kare as one of them! Thank you, Ladies, for a most perfect experience! More...

Ronin has been going since he was 6 months old. Next to his family, the girls at daycare are his favorite peeps in the world (especially Andrea! ). Ronin is now recovering from surgery and we are very fortunate that we can still take him to daycare and be confident that he is being kept safe and secure while we are at work. Our big Ridgeback / Greyhound Loki stayed here for an afternoon, then they let me see him for a chat and he was fine with staying the night. The girl on shift wrote a note about him making friends with 'Max' and having fun. Andrea's love for dogs is evident in her doggie day care and she was creative in helping me and my dog Tundra when I went on holidays and daycare was a challenge. Andrea went out of her way to problem-solve and helped ensure Tundra was taken care of. The staff are warm and will answer any questions and very helpful. I have taken my puppy here for daycare a number of times and she is always excited to be there when we arrive and pooped out when we leave.  What better testament is there for a doggy daycare than that?  The staff are very friendly and knowledgable and clearly care about the dogs.  I would definitely recommend Roving K9 Kare.
