How long have you been in business?
We are a new home-based business in the Biggar and Saskatoon area.
Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?
I am proud to bring my own cleaning supplies. We ask clients for preferences about cleaning products at our initial consult. We recognize that not every client is the same and are happy to work with people to tailor our service to meet their needs.
What do you love most about your job?
I love providing a service to people that often improves their quality of life. Helping people with residential cleaning is especially rewarding. Serving customers in their homes is a privilege and we enjoy making spaces fresher and more inviting.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted a business where I could help people in a very tangible way. Cleaning businesses also have a variety of services that they offer and I enjoy the challenge of learning new skills.
This career also provides me with a good mixture of flexibility and routine.
Why should our clients choose you?
I care about people and want to offer a service that is tailored to their needs. Our business is small enough that I can be more flexible in terms of the cleaning service that I offer. For example: one week a client may need me to focus more on one area such as a craft room or a closet. I am happy to offer that along with standard house cleaning. I am also happy to omit cleaning in a certain area if that is not a priority for clients.

As a cleaning service, we always meet our customers in person. Although we are happy to communicate via phone or email for consults as well.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are happy to follow customer preference in terms of masking.
Trusty Tidy Cleaning Service
We offer regular standard housekeeping that includes the following:
1. Vacuuming, mopping, and dusting in all bedrooms and common-use areas.
2. Bathroom cleaning that encompasses washing tubs, showers, sinks, vanities, and mirrors.
3. Washing kitchen counters. Our standard kitchen cleaning also includes spot-cleaning kitchen cupboards as needed.
Customers can also choose to add the following services:
1. Washing walls and baseboards.
2. Cupboard cleaning and closet organizing.
3. Oven cleaning
4. Fridge Cleaning
5. Light fixture cleaning
