Tracey’s passion is to help others that are in pain, anxious or depressed. Together in a safe environment either privately, groups or via zoom, you will work together offering compassionate inquiry, working somatically in counselling, or on your yoga mat or 1 on 1 touch therapy. She offers the tools that your need to overcome the circumstance.
Tracey provides services of Counsel, Yoga and Craniosacral Therapy, with more than 30 years experience in the medical field.
