This is the second time I have successfully worked with Cristian from TNM to get the best rates available. I was working with Canwise to get competitive rates for the refinancing but Cristian G. has got me a better rate from Eclipse / MCAP. The first time (in 2013) he was able to get me a better rate from Scotiabank than my Scotiabank financial advisor can offer me. The whole process was extremely efficient - mostly via emails. I only had to visit my lawyers office once to sign the paperwork. I will highly recommend Cristian to anyone looking for mortgage / refinancing from A or B lenders. I tried the "traditional" way of going to my bank only to be utterly disappointed in their chaotic process and misleading information that unnecessarily cost us money. That scary and confusing experience just went away as soon as I started working with Krista. She is truly a gem! Very professional yet she has her way of making you feel at home, like a friend or a family member walking you through your home purchase. I was dealing with a true north mortgage advisor. he didn't give me proper information to fill out like employment and what not. I kept asking if you need all this kind of information he told me he will call back and he never called me again that was in February of this year
