We help identify realistic and sustainable fitness goals through body composition analysis, comprehensive intakes, laboratory testing, physical assessment and a team approach to overall health. Personal training is available in our fitness studio and our team of chiropractors and massage therapists can help with any nagging injuries to help remove any obstacles to achieving your fitness goals.

The secret is discipline - having a sustainable plan for training, diet and keeping to it. Discipline also includes knowing when to evolve your program, making calculated changes to your diet and overall staying motivated to reach your goal.

We love looking back at and seeing how far our clients have come. Whether its how much weight they've lost, how much more they can do physical and how much more confident they feel when they walk in - these are the elements of the job we love most.

Tri-Health is a husband and wife-owned wellness centre that has been their dream for a long time. Being able to provide an integrated natural health care centre is what we envision as a comprehensive and necessary healing experience.

At Tri-Health, you are surrounded by a team of health care practitioners whose focus is your individual needs. We communicate with each other, share our experience and knowledge to provide you with the best health experience we can provide.

No two people are alike - your care shouldn't be cookie-cutter or generic. Tri-Health is blessed with an abundance of practitioners and modalities/therapies that allow us the ability to provide care and relief in the moment. We wanted to remove the obstacle of delays, commuting to multiple locations, miscommunication between offices - it's practically all here!

We do offer consultations virtually - for some where distance and mobility is a limitation - we can certainly provide a lot of expertise, direction, recommendations & prescriptions for your concerns. Obviously, in-person physical appointments aren't available remotely but once you meet with some of our practitioners you may want to make a trip out to see us. Either way - we can help!

We opened during the Lockdowns of 2020 - Covid-19 has changed the landscape for health care and service. We are diligent with cleanliness, sanitizing, social-distancing at reception and mindfulness of our own symptoms. Tri-Health takes your health very seriously.
